Ignition of Materials by Hot Wire Sources Test System
Use nickel-chromium wire to heat plastic test pieces to test the suitability of the material. This system will integrate heating wire calibration, annealing, experimental step automation, automatic video recording and automatic recording of experimental data to provide more accurate test reports faster and with less manpower.

Main functions of the equipment:
1. Heating wire correction:
Since in the experiment, a fixed power needs to be applied to the electric heating wire, but each batch of electric heating wires may be different, so corrections need to be made to obtain the correct voltage and current values required for the power.
2. Heating wire annealing:
After correction, manual winding is required, and the wound heating wire will need to be annealed to eliminate residual stress. Up to 10 heating wires can be annealed at one time!
3.HWI experiment:
Put in the test piece, and pass the corrected voltage and current to produce the required output power. The system starts timing. Within 120 seconds, you can manually watch whether the plastic test piece melts or burns. If burning occurs, press to stop in advance and output Report.
4. Video recording:
camera is installed inside, through which the experimental conditions can be viewed and recorded.
5. Exhaust air and extinguish fire
Integrating ventilation and fire extinguishing functions, the equipment is safer and does not affect the environment around the equipment.
Advantages:
1. Only one device and one person are needed to complete the calibration, annealing, HWI experiment, recording and report output of the heating wire!
2. The calibration process of the heating wire is relatively cumbersome, but now it can be completed with one click!
3. Through the customized software developed by Xunzhi and combined with the computer operating environment, the report data originally used by the customer can be directly generated, allowing operators to easily get started and gain positive reviews from customers!

Thermocouple Flame Verification System
After manually installing the thermocouple and adjusting the flame height of the Bunsen burner, the machine will automatically move the Bunsen burner to heat the copper block. Detect the temperature through the thermocouple in the copper block and record the time curve of the temperature from 100°C to 700°C to determine whether the thermocouple meets the specifications.
The preset can detect 3 types of thermocouples, 4 consecutive experiments, 3 types of flame heights, and can adjust the distance between thermocouples and Bunsen burners!

Main functions of the equipment:
1. Automatically record and output experimental data:
Automatically record the temperature versus time curve during heating! And output the experimental data and store it in the flash drive.
2. Automatic cycle:
After manually setting the flame height, you can set the number of experiment cycles and automatically perform experiments.
The system will automatically move the Bunsen burner under the copper block. After heating is completed, it will automatically move out and start the fan to cool down!
3. Fan cooling:
The built-in fan can speed up the cooling time of the copper block, make the next experiment faster!
Advantages:
1. Capture data through computer, including heating temperature versus time curve and other detailed information.
2. Customized human-machine interface, output reports required by users and save data in a USB flash drive.
